Allan Wright

Allan is an established award-winning Scottish photographer with 35 years professional experience.  With 16 book titles and numerous exhibitions to his credit he works full time on abstract, classic & reportage material in Scotland and overseas.

Inspired by nature and man-made creations he sees his role as “receiver transmitter” where beauty or essence of subject passes via the left eye and right brain into image format.

Through this process he aspires to define a sense of lyricism from his subjects thus drawing the viewer further into the image. The process of visualisation in this way is something he finds truly exhilarating.
